contain 6 whole burritos cut into 6 equal bite-sized pieces.
Platters include 20 oz of your choice of custom-made salsa
(hot, medium or mild) and are garnished with fresh
tri-colored tortilla chips. We suggest a 4 oz (1/2 cup)
serving per person when serving rice or beans. |

ENTREES:
Tender marinated strips of chicken with Jack and Cheddar
cheese, grilled onions & peppers, wrapped in flour
tortillas.
No-lard black or pinto beans, with lettuce, Jack and
Cheddar cheese, with grilled onions and peppers, wrapped
in flour tortillas.
An assortment of any combination of three burritos listed
above.
Small soft shell tacos filled with pork carnitas, diced
onions, fresh cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
Our sampler includes 12 Taquitos, 12 Street Tacos and 12
Mini-Chimis with sour cream and guacamole on the side. |

SIDES & CONDIMENTS: Crisp romaine lettuce with twice-grilled Asada chicken,
Monterey Jack cheese and tomato wedges, topped with crispy
tortilla strips and your choice of salad dressing. A savory, spicy mixture of long-grain rice, fresh
tomatoes, onions & peppers. Healthy no-lard black or pinto beans cooked to
perfection. Prepared with or without cheese per your
request. Chips are accompanied by your choice of hot, medium or
